Throughout the year, we run a variety of programmes and challenge that are open to both embers and non-members. They are a great way to add focus and direction to your Health & Fitness goals, overhaul some bad habits or get specific with your goals. We love to encourage you to grow and thrive! workshop date

Coach Cat & Nadine got together for a chat late 2023 about how many of our clients are affected by Menopause symptoms - Coach Cat went off and completed a course with the amazing Dr. Wendy Sweet after hearing her talk at FitEx conference that year and thus our Menopuase Workshop was born. 

Blown away by attendance and feedback from our first face-to-face in April '24, we decided to record a bitesized korero as a starting point for females to raise awareness about what is going on with your body in peri, during and post menopause. The online video can be PURCHASED HERE  OR keep an eye out for our next in person workshop!
